Upgraded to v6.2.1: "Your Lightning services are missing..."

Issue Summary

Just updated Local to v6.2.1, and now have a red alert “Your Lightning services are missing… Click “Apply” next to the missing service(s) to update.”

  • However, there is no “Apply” button or link available, and no site will start.

  • Clicking on any “START SITE” link does nothing.

  • Every local site is missing its WordPress Version info.

Troubleshooting Questions

This affects all current sites.

  • I am able to create an empty new site and access it via a browser.

  • Which version of Local is being used? Version 6.2.1+5711

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • _MacOS Monterey v12.1

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Happened to me too and clicking “Apply” next to the PHP Version on one site fixed them all. Apply wasn’t there initially but appeared after I opened the version picker and re-selected my version.
