Warning: Failed loading Zend extension AND index.php change not reflected on local site

I don’t know if the two are related, but when I made a change in index.php, the change was not reflected in the Local website.

Upon viewing Local Sites I noticed that the WordPress version contains “Warning: Failed loading Zend extension ‘php_opcache.dll’” and “Warning: Failed loading Zend extension ‘php_xdebug.dll’”.

How do I fix this problem?

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the warning you’re seeing?

Also what PHP version are you using? I’m curious if you continue to see the problem if you try a different PHP version.
