Issue Summary
We added a back up to Local, but somehow the website shows no sign of the correct design at all. When logging in in the admin, I see that no plugins have been activated and it shows this message:
The plugin has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
We just have one -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

Replication
I tried to remake the back up, but that did not work for me. Further I have not tried much, as I really do not know what is going wrong. Yes, ofcourse missing all the plug-ins causes it, but I have no idea why it can’t find them as I included them in the back-up. We migrated to a new server two weeks ago, this might have something to do with it.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
