What to do with an exported Zipped site developed in Localwp

Summary: I’ve used Localwp to create a brand new WordPress site using Oxygen Builder. I’ve used the Export feature to export the site as a zip. How do I use that zip file to create and ‘populate’ the actual WordPress site on a live server somewhere?

Happy to follow a step by step, but can’t find one.
