Why my local sites keep looking like this?

Not sure why my newly created sites keep looking like this on the latest version of Local(5.2.3+2248) on my Windows 10 PC. I am running Ryzen 2700x with 32GB RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.

This looks like a port conflict. Can anybody tell me what are the things I should check?

The site look okay with live link. But looks like the screenshot locally.

The appearance is as though you have no CSS in your site. It’s obviously there or the site wouldn’t look normal with live link. The browser is apparently not finding it in Local. That suggests maybe that the site URL is different from what’s in Local. But Local usually tells you when there’s a problem with that.

I’m just guessing here, but what happens if you change Router Mode to “localhost?”

OMG!!! Changing Router mode to localhost worked like a magic. :raised_hands:t4::pray:t4:

Glad it’s working for you in localhost mode. But it should work the other way, too.

I’m guessing the issue has something to do with WordPress settings. If you go to Settings > General, the WordPress and Site Address URL should match the Site Domain in Local. So, for example if the Site Domain in Local is mysite.local, then the WordPress and Site Address should be “https://mysite.local”.

If that looks okay, you might also check for an issue where your site domain is “https://…” and your browser is looking for “http://…” or vice versa.
