Is this the same thing as mentioned here?

Hide the icon on tray - windows

Hide the icon from task bar - which will increase user production … xammp, can close the program but will run in background - can open from tray … at right side of the tool bar Thank you

I don’t have a Windows machine handy to test this so just checking for clarity.
