What issue or error are you experiencing?
Hello, today i have updated my windows 11 version, the update released on 26 set, and not i cant get my websites working, if i start it gives error 502 BAD GATWAY on nginx.
To test, i try to create a new one and it gives me error and say "VCRUNTIME140.DLL 14.15 is not compatible with this PHP build (8.1.23).
What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc
Open or create a new website. with any version of PHP above 8
