Hi @umdev

Does this site have any security or user management plugins? Or is it a multisite?

It sounds like many the user you’re logging in with doesn’t have the proper privileges. So you could click on Site Shell in Local and use WP-CLI commands to do things like disable plugins or try creating a new admin user.

Let us know if you have further details or questions around this!

Thanks for the help. I was able to get access by creating a new admin using WP-CLI commands. Now I can get to the WP dashboard
