User login not accepted to open WP Admin

Hello;

I have imported a site and local version is running without problems.
When I try to login to WordPress dashboard,
at the first time login window appears once,
I enter the correct login data as in the live site, it goes to the home page of the site.
At the following calls to WP Admin for Local dashboard it displays the following error :
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
The login data is an Administrator with full rights.
I’d appreciate your help.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue?

I have done the same procedure on another domain,
no problems occurred and I can login normally in to WP Admin dashboard.
I have deleted and reinstalled/reimported this -problematic- domain; same problem persists.
Only the error message has become :
“The admin of this site does not allow users to access the WP dashboard.”

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

You can use the steps here to create a new user and see if that works:

Otherwise if you have any security or user management plugins those might be getting in the way and you can use the Open Shell option to deactivate them via CLI.

Hello Nick.
Thank you very much for your return.
I tried your suggestions immediately.
I have entered the commands in site shell, both for known passwords and
also new passwords.
I have also received confirmation emails from the site engine, regarding the change of passwords.
But then again on the WordPress logon window -this time- the passwords were rejected.
The only change before is, previously the user’s entry request to dashboard was denied,
now the password gets not accepted.
Then I took “Lost password” way and this time renewed the password through the website.
The logon has turned to old result again as “The admin of this site does not allow users to access the wp dashboard.”.
I’d really appreciate your help.
