What issue or error are you experiencing?
On the live website I am using WPS Hide Login. When moving it to Local the button WP Admin is directed me to wp-admin. I found some older posts for the same issue but no solution.
Is there a way to redirect the button to the hidden path?
What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
Hi @chrismelis! Do you have the one click admin enabled? I believe this will bypass the hidden the login. It shouldn’t matter either way really since nobody will be able to access the local version of your site except you.
Hi @Nick-B.
No matter if the one click admin is enabled or disabled the wp admin button always leads to /wp-admin.
The problem is that every time I have to correct the link to the hiden admin path.
Probably I will disable the plugin on the local site since it is only for testing new features and functionalities before applying them to the live site.
I just installed WPS Hide Login on a test site in my Local app and after setting it up and logging out, if I click on WP Admin I get redirected to a 404 as intended by the plugin, and then I manually plug in my new path and it takes me there.
How are you moving the site to Local?
Have you done any browser/network cache troubleshooting as well?
This is exactly what i am doing. I also get redirected to 404 and by correcting the url to the hidden one is working.
I´ve just disabled the WPS Hide Login and now It takes me to the correct login page.
Ohhh okay I was confused. I’m sorry, so you were expecting the WP Admin to navigate right to the hidden login. Yes okay I don’t think it will function that way however if you enable the One Click Admin feature then you should be able to click WP Admin and have it just log you straight into the dashboard as a workaround which I just tested and still worked for me even with WPS activated/configured. So when you had one click admin enabled you said it still wasn’t logging you in directly?
