Local App can’t find newer versions on the Update App
Troubleshooting Questions
- Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
I assume is a bug. I’m running MacOS Mojave and Local 5.9.2 for Mac.
- Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
Yes, the issue is on tue Update Engine on the Local App.
Describe the steps that others can take to replicate this issue. If you have screenshots that can help clarify what is happening, please include them!
Open Local App, select “Check for Updates”. It always says I’m running the most up-to-date version, even when I’m not.
- Which version of Local is being used?
It’s happening (intermitent) since the new Local App was first deployed.
- What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?
MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 with all updates.
- Attach the Local Log.
