Can't create Site on M2 Mac Mini running Ventura

Issue Summary

Can’t create Site on M2 Mac Mini running Ventura. The first issue was write permission ion the host file. I fixed that by changing permissions, but the issue now is that MySql won’t start. Unfortunately the install fails at that point, so I can’t find any log files.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    I can’t create any sites.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    No

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used? MacOS Ventura
