Can't pulling Information from site

I Use Local Version 9.1.0+6719 . I can’t get information from project (at list two) and get message like this Monosnap

As an alternative does direct importing a backup work?

Are you able to SSH into your server on the WPE side as well?

If you’re able to direct import a backup, that will help rule out a site level issue. If you’re able to SSH into the server that will help rule out a server issue.

I have the same problem for other project too. When I try to pulling information Local making link and crushed Monosnap … And I can’t create new backups for this project.I started the creation task, but half an hour has already passed and the sites still haven’t started backing up. Monosnap

I’ve reached out to the WPE support team and it seems like there might actually be some User Portal issues going on right now. I was able to create a backup zip for your most recent backup however in the dashboard for the site you sent a screenshot of. So you should be able to go in and grab that to get your Local stuff started at least!

I see all my projects have stopped checking and backing up November 2 Monosnap Why is this happening? I asked about WpEngine’s Local support and they recommend asking about it here.

I’m confused why they sent you here @BlackStar1991 but this has nothing to do with Local. This is specific to WP Engine’s platform and servers. So I would follow up and ask them specifically about your problems with backups and the portal and leave out any mention of Local to avoid them trying to redirect you to the forums. Maybe they misunderstood where the issue was.
