Database gone after importing ZIP file from website backup

Hi there,

I imported a backup websites ZIP file into the newest version of flywheel. When I open the site I get an error message

Configuration Error Your wp-config.php file has an empty database table prefix, which is not supported

I since got message from support that I have to modify the wp-config.php file and I have to open my database in the adminer and enter the tables what I see there

When I open the site in the Adminer there are no tables
I also tried to search for the database sql file, but its also gone
There is no sql folder in the app folder

I don’t understand why the sql file is missing because last time I opened up this site to work on it with the the previous version of local, it was working fine

Can someone please recommend me what to do.
Is there any chance the site can be recovered?

Hi,
I’m having exactly the same issue — getting the error after importing a backup archive from ManageWP.

The error is: Your wp-config.php file has an empty database table prefix, which is not supported.

I checked the backup archive before importing - the WP DB prefix was intact and correct. After the import the prefix is stripped and most of the db tables are missing.

Importing in the manner has worked flawlessly up until the latest update. I’m running v 2.4.2.
