"dev-email@flywheel.local" still in database after changing Admin email in live WP site

Hope you can help. I have developed a site using local and installed on live site. I changed the email for Admin to one of my own email addresses. I used plugin “Check and Log Email” for an email test which reveals this in the headers:

“MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n
From: dev-email@flywheel.local\r\n
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=“UTF-8”\r\n”

What is this leftover? This is definitely not right.

I hope someone from Local replies to this email because I see so many unanswered questions in this forum.

Update: after about two days passed I noticed the Wordpress site finally changed these message headers to the correct admin email. I do not understand the delay but it finally resolved itself.
