Didn't export files to backup but have copied a folder - still possible to use the page?

What issue or error are you experiencing?

Hi Folks, i needed to switch from my old laptop to a pc really fast and i forgot to export the sites (Blueprint and a Project) to .zip or similar.
What i have done is to Copy the “LocalWP” folder where the two things are within.
Is it possible to copy the data (Around 700MB) to a specific location to restore everything or is it all gone?
There is a WordPress folder structure within. “D:\LocalWP\Local Sites\mad-d3sign\app\public\wp-admin” for example.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Forget to make Backups.

Local Logs

No logfiles, since new LocalWP installation.
