How to add plugins to Local

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I have a new LOCAL account. I have created a copy / zip / whatever of a live WP site and want to load it to LOCAL, but I cannot see how to import the WP All in one plugin; or ANY plugin for that matter.

This seems so basic, but I am a newbie.
