Missing Host Entry

This is my first time to add a site and it is says I am missing the host entry. When I hit fix I get a pop up asking if I want to allow to create changes on my computer. I hit yes and still get an error pop. Uh-oh cannot update host files. I turned off my antivirus and that didn’t seem to change anything.

What do I do to fix my site?

Replication

I thought maybe I needed to add a new site with my antivirus off but that didn’t change anything so now I have two sites with this error.
