I am currently trying to copy the container from a live page to my local page. Unfortunately, I always get this error:
(Elementor tutorial )
Make sure that both pages are updated to the latest version of Elementor and have the functions for the copied element activated before you try again.
Of course I have already checked whether the Elementor settings on both sides are identical. I also contacted Elementor support, but they referred me to local support. They also sent me this link . But I don’t think it will help me because I don’t get any console errors and I’m not using Apache but an nginx server.

Hi @cheffe101
Are you trying to import your full site into Local or just Elementor items?
Hi @Nick-B
just a single Elementor container. In this specific scenario it is a menu.
Here is a link which explains it in detail.

I’m not sure if this is valid or not but are both sites using the same versions of WP/PHP/MySQL? Are they both using the same theme?
I just noticed there are some differences:
Site 1 (live site) :
Operating System: Linux*
Software: Apache*
MySQL version: MySQL Community Server - GPL v8.0.36*
PHP Version: 8.3.8*
Site 2 (local site) :
Operating System: WINNT*
Software: nginx/1.16.0*
MySQL version: MySQL Community Server - GPL v8.0.16*
PHP Version: 8.1.23*
What would you recommend, update the PHP/MySQL version from site 2(local site) ?

Using the same PHP version actually solved the problem.
Thank you very much!
