Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
Ah okay I think there is a different issue at play here @helphelpme - I thought you were running into a problem with 2FA but you are getting logged in it’s just that the browser isn’t passing that back to the app. What might be happening in a security or antivirus app or extension is preventing that feedback.
We have a Windows Troubleshooting guide below that goes over some common items worth checking. For example, ensure you’re running Local as an administrator, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file.
