Hi @BlackStar1991

The wpe-cache-plugin is part of the overall WPE mu-plugin. Usually, this file gets automatically removed during the Local Connect process but if it’s been leftover on the site while in your Local app you might have to manually remove the files still referencing it which would be safe to do.

If you need those paths /login and /product still excluded from cache when you move the site back to WPE then you may want to reach out to their support team to help with getting server exclusions in place for you. Support Center - WP Engine's Support Center

If you have any other questions or concerns don’t hesitate to reach back out. We are always happy to help!
