Hyper-V must be disabled for Local to work. VirtualBox and Hyper-V unfortunately conflict with each other. Disabling Hyper-V will prevent Docker for Windows from working.
Once you disable Hyper-V, please restart your PC and re-open Local.
Thank you very much for your quick help, I am really appreciated!
I changed Hyper-V disabled, then re-started PC,
In the download folder, I have local-by-flywheel-2-3-4-windows.exe, and I clicked it.
This error came up.
Then I downloaded .exe file again as it was instructed,
but same error came up,
It says, Error with pre-created check: “This computer doesn’t have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory”
From this error, I thought I should enable the Hyper V… but now confuse…
My PC is windows10 pro, 32gb ram Intel core i7 7700T cpu,
Think centre M910Q
According to Lenovo, Hyper V is disabled by firmware on this PC, and
I found information how to enable it on Lenovo community.
Can you please advise me what I should do next…? I really love to use local by flywheel… as you have such good reputation…
