Unable to install - "This computer doesn't have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory"

I’m getting this message during install:

“This computer doesn’t have VT-X/AMD-v enabled. Enabling it in the BIOS is mandatory”

Firewall/Virus protection turned off.
Virtualization is enabled.
Hyper V is disabled.
System rebooted.

Here’s my log file, if needed - local-by-flywheel.log (63.4 KB)

Thanks in advance for your help. I’d really like to use Local by Flywheel.

Is it possible my system might be too old to use your program?
BIOS Mode = Legacy
