Keep getting 404 error

I tried to change the directory that I store websites. From that point, I get a 404 error whenever I try to open a site. I have reinstalled Local, but it didn’t help

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

If the new directory is outside of your system drive (normally the C drive), it may be that Local does not have permissions to write to the new directory.

You could try adjusting permissions to be the same as the default Local Sites folder.
