The Live Links feature works just fine on my company laptop when I work from home. However, when I come into my employer’s office and try to use it, any external device I try to access the site with get a 404 error.
My IT dept would like to know which specific IPs and/or ports they’d need to whitelist in their firewall rules for me in order to allow this to work within our network.
From Local, enable Live Links and double-check the site URL and credentials.
Then I clear my browser cache on my cell phone, and attempt to load the .localsite.io … if I’m at home, it will load reliably. If I’m at the office on their network, I get a 404 error on the cell phone (on cellular signal, not on company wifi).
