Live Links - Firewall info request

What issue or error are you experiencing?

The Live Links feature works just fine on my company laptop when I work from home. However, when I come into my employer’s office and try to use it, any external device I try to access the site with get a 404 error.

My IT dept would like to know which specific IPs and/or ports they’d need to whitelist in their firewall rules for me in order to allow this to work within our network.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

From Local, enable Live Links and double-check the site URL and credentials.

Then I clear my browser cache on my cell phone, and attempt to load the … if I’m at home, it will load reliably. If I’m at the office on their network, I get a 404 error on the cell phone (on cellular signal, not on company wifi).
