Local by Flywheel and Virtula Box not updating

Hello,
I’ve tried updating and Local Flywheel and VirtualBox to no avail. So I tried deleting and reinstalling, now when I reinstall Local Flywheel I get the “checking system” that never goes away. I believe I deleted all files including log file when I tried to start over. Please Help!!

Recently updated to MacOS Mojave 10.14
