Local by flywheel is not working - please help me

Local by flywheel is stopped working, it is showing me a screen Checking system… and this screen forever… please help me.

also I can’t restart VM forcefully. - attached screenshot.

I’m seeing this message in the Local log:

Are you able to open up the file that it mentions?

C:\\Users\\WIN10\\.docker\\machine\\machines\\local-by-flywheel\\config.json

Can you also try restarting Local and the computer?
