Issue Summary
I’m trying to pull down a copy of a site hosted on WP Engine.
The connection works, the site files are downloaded ok, but it appears to fail when it comes to pulling down a copy of the database. The standard “an error has occurred” banner appears when the steps get up to getting the DB.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
