Local site cannot establish a connection to WordPress.org Windows 10 /Ubuntu 18.04

Hi I have fresh installed (downloades and istalled today) Local on Windows 10 and in Ubuntu, both I got error:

Local site cannot establish a connection to WordPress.org

I trye the solution on https://localwp.com/help-docs/local-site-cannot-establish-a-connection-to-wordpress-org/ but the locations of the files of windows are not valid (I tried manualy but didnt find it either). And there is no solution for Linux (ubuntu).
