Opened Local and all of the sites were gone. I located the files and imported the site but recent changes and page creations did not import. I looked in the uploads folder and the images are in the folder but did not upload. Is there a different way to reconnect the local sites without losing development?

It sounds like a recent version of the Database wasn’t exported before those sites disappeared. If importing the site from those site-files didn’t bring the content within the database, then there isn’t another way of getting that info.
