LocalWP not working after update to 5.9.7 - Windows

Hi,
after I updated to latest version of Local by Flywheel (to 5.9.7) from 5.9.6 (I think) it’s not opening the main window at all. It’s just showing 3 processes in task manager and nothing happens.
I tried installing older versions and version 5.6.9 works like it should, but anyting more recent does not. Multiple reinstalls after with deleted files (Program Files, App data, etc…) and still no luck.

Can anyone tell me what’s wrong?

    5.9.7 not working, 5.6.9 and older works
