I updated 5.0.3 to 5.0.6, and it doesn’t even start anymore. There is nothing added into the logs. Process in the process manager shows and immediately disappears. I use Windows 10 x64 1903.

Had the same issue…Got the update notice to go from 5.0.5+900 to 5.0.6. Did the update and it refused to start.
I uninstalled it (made a copy of my sites folder first) and reinstalled it and it’s up and running again. Fortunately it didn’t delete my sites folder so the copy wasn’t necessary.
Uninstalling Local won’t delete your ~/Local Sites directory.

There have been wide spread problems with 5.0.6, not recognizing SequelPro, unable to import DBs… I’d suggest rolling back to 5.0.5 which seems much more stable (stable being very relative for a beta…)
I am having the same issue. Windows 10 when updating to 5.0.6 local no longer launches.
