I have been using flywheel for over three months now and it was working fine until I have updated my mac with Mojave. When I try to run flywheel, it was not loading. I also tried the update for flywheel, it is giving me an error …"

Even unlocking the Security & Privacy setting does not help.

You need to manually update VirtualBox to the latest version.

I had the same problem and fixed it by manually updating VirtualBox. Delete the copy in your Applications folder, and then run the VirtualBox installer that you can download here - https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
