Problem with Envato Elements plugin

Hello everyone, I am new here in the forum. I am using Local to learn web design with wordpress. I have created a site as per procedure. I installed a template to create a one page site, using OceanWP, then I installed Ocean Extra, elementor and envato elements. Just with envato I can’t insert the free kits available. When I am in the edit with elementor and want to insert an envato kit, clicking on the envato icon does nothing. It gives no signal, not even an error message.

I wanted to know why and if there is a solution for this.

It sounds like the issues you’re experiencing may be with the Envato Elements. I would recommend checking out their support and help docs.

There is also a support email I saw on that thread shared by the Envato team:

Please email extensions@envato.com if you are having technical issues importing Template Kits.
