After my computer unexpectedly shut down the website presents this error - “Error establishing a database connection” and when I make a .zip to import and try to recover all the content, the new website doesn’t show most of the images and texts. Besides this issue, it also started showing some theme preset configurations.

If the content isn’t showing after restoring with a zip file, then I think that the content might be lost due to the database being corrupted within the Virtual Machine.
More than likely the individual images that were used are still within the wp-content/uploads folder, so you should be able to re-import and generate that content within the WP Admin, but I don’t think there’s a way to get that content restored automatically.

Is there something that I can do to generate the texts content, menus, plugins installed and configurations again for example? Or can I just shortcut with the images?
There’s no way to re-create the content, but you can re-import the images so that they can be used again. This will mean that you don’t have to re-create the images from scratch.
