Bug Summary
Odd scrolling behavoir inside changelog in the new version alert popup. When I scroll, it jumps around, preventing me from fully viewing the recent changes.
Steps to reproduce
This happens to me when the alert pops up that says “A new version of Local is available”. When I scroll inside the list of changes, after about 1.5 scrolls in the view area, it jumps further down the changelog. Scrolling back up causes it to jump again.
