Erratic scroll behavior in Local's update prompt

Bug Summary

On Windows 11, when Local shows the update prompt, when either mouse-wheel scrolling or using the manual scrollbar, the current context will “jump” down the section, making it difficult to view what actually changed.

Steps to reproduce

Just scroll with the mousewheel or click on the scrollbar.

Windows 11 Education

  • What versions of site software (Nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL) is used?
  • What version of Local is installed?

I don’t know how to bring up the update prompt without an update available, so always one version back (9.27+6877 is what is used in the recording)
