I’ve used local for a long time, and now using on a windows macine.
I’ve taken my .sql file and my wp-config files zipped and dropped in, they loaded with no events, byut when I try to open, or access as admin, I get errors, logs attached from mysql.
I;ve looked at the SQL and says nothing there.

When you try to open the admin via local does it tell you there are database tables missing and you need to add a line of code to wp-admin ?
If so I am having the same problem.
Fresh migration to flywheel platform allows me to open the admin from the online dashboard but I get errors when attempting to do the same from local
