When downgrading to PHP 5.6 get error message "Uh-oh Unable to Start Site"

Hi,

Local is great!

When I clicked to downgrade the PHP version of a Local site from 7.3.5 to 5.6.39 the site no longer starts. Instead I get the message "Uh-oh. Unable to Start Site. Error: TypeError: Cannot read property ‘socket’ of null…

When I right-click on that install and click to “Clone” it gives the message that it can’t create the clone due to the same reason.

I can’t revert to PHP 7.3.5 because that requires me to Start Site.

I searched the forums but couldn’t find an answer.
