XAMPP and LOCAL conflict

Hello,
I have Xampp and Local 5.2.8 running in Windows10. Both uses port 80 so if Local is running, Xampp gives error when starting Apache. If I close Local and terminete Nginx from Task Manager, Xampp’s Apache runs normally.
It is possible to assign another port to Local? For example 8080?

You can’t change the port, but when another service or application is occupying ports 80 and/or 443, you need to enable localhost Router Mode.
