Accessing local site on other device. Assets not loading due to "wrong" URL

Issue Summary

I manage to access my local site from my phone adding the MacBook’s IP and the port number. But for the URL in Wordpress is set to “localhost:10018”, my phone can’t do anything with that and is therefore unable to load the assets.

Is there an official tutorial on how to set that up?
