Google Back Up Not Working?

Hi Guys,

I am trying to clone a site from a Google Cloud Backup and it all goes well but when the new clone has been successfully done, I go to launch the site on the local system and I receive a 404 error?

Any advice on how to rectify this will be gladly received.
