Love the checkbox that allows me to ignore DB on push. Would love something similar for media 
My clients seem to really hate me and always upload lots of video and images. pushing and pulling gigs of data is not my idea of a fun time.
Same i had issue where i pushed some changes up i made but my client had done some media uploads after i done all the changes so when i pushed all media files disappeared
Maybe a .flywheelignore file or similar feature could be implemented? I am in a similar boat, where I would like to ignore certain folders in my local site so that they dont push up to the live instance. I am developing tons of vue and react based plugins and not having my entire node_modules folder pushed up to the live site would be great.
