I am working on an iMac running Sonoma 14.3.1, and am using the latest version of Local.
My sites always show “not secure” in the browser, even though (1) in Local, the SSL is listed as “trusted”; (2) the URL is “https”; (3) in my Keychain, the certificate is listed as “trusted.”
When I open up Keychain access and find the certificate, the information at the top of the Keychain access window says “This certificate is marked as trusted for all users.” Then, when I right click on the certificate and select “get info”, next to “when using this certificate” it says “Always Trust.” If, however, when I right click on the certificate, I select “evaluate”, then click “continue” and then “show certificate”, though it still says “This certificate is marked as trusted for all users,” when I expand the “trust” section, next to “when using this certificate” it says “Use system defaults.” I have changed that to “always trust”, but when I go back to look again, it still says “use system defaults.”
What am I doing wrong?

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
