I am trying to go online with my website and I have used duplicator to migrate from Local by flywheel (my computer) to O2 switch and have completed all the steps except that when I try to put my site name/installer.php it is not working. What do I need to do?

I’d love to get a bit more information here. What error are you seeing? It sounds like O2 is your hosting provider, are you following a support doc from them, or the steps provided by Duplicator? If you have any screenshots, that could help greatly.
Have you tried searching the Duplicator support forums? I found this post on there related to 500 errors caused by installer.php that might be of some help –

If that doesn’t work, it wouldn’t hurt to reach out to them as well, as I’m sure they will know the details of how their plugin works with various hosts.
