Refused to connect

I have just finished installing McAfee Security software after that I can start my admin dashboard and the site on my local machine
What I am getting is this:

wpevanto-elementor.local refused to connect.

I can create a new site but cannot start it, any help? I have upgraded the new virtual machine and the latest local flywheel

Can you please provide your local-by-flywheel.log file? See How do I retrieve Local's log file? for instructions on how to do so.
