I’m not familiar with WPvivid but another user recently had issues because their backup contained many smaller files within. You could use the free WP Migrate plugin to create a new full site export and try that instead if the site is still live as well. More details in this thread:

What issue or error are you experiencing? After restoring a site using a wpvivid backup, the site doesn’t come up. I see Service Unavailable. I read through Troubleshoot: Performance Issues and increased PHP memory_limit from 256M to 512M, but it didn’t help. What steps can be taken to replicate the issue?
