The Add-ons Cloud Backups don't save wp-content folder

Hello, i use the Cloud Backups Add-ons, with the last program of Local.

I back up to Google Drive.

when i want to create a new site from a Cloud Backup, i can select a site with the Cloud Backup.

But after the import, it’s unable to find DB_NAME, in app/public/wp-config.php.

it’s the same with Username and Password.

When i make a ZIP of the saving in the google drive, and i create a new site with this existing ZIP, the Local Program say “The archive has no wp-content folder. See how to import a Site”.

Is it possible that Google Drive have somme restriction with .php ?

I don’t see option in Cloud Backup.

It’s ok when i use “export Site “ with the right button on the site. And i create a new site with export ZIP i maked without Cloud Backups Add-on.

Thank you for helping

Hi @ManuBelgium!

We would be happy to assist with your Local troubleshooting! Could you provide some more details to help us take a further look?

  • What is your OS version?

  • What version of Local are you on?

  • Please attach a copy of your Local Logs

Keep us posted and we’d be happy to help further!

Hello, thanks for reply.

local-lightning.log (4.8 MB)

  • What is your OS version? Windows 11 Famille Build 26200.7628

  • What version of Local are you on? Version 9.2.9+6887

  • Local Logs is attached.

Could you try these steps to refresh the Google Backup connection and see if that helps to get things working again?

Hello, thanks for helping.

I’ve tried several times.

Both with Google and Dropbox. Permissions are granted for the local program each time. But I can’t do anything else.

It doesn’t work between two computers.

I imagine everything is lost if the computer is lost or stolen.

I’m giving up on using Cloud Backup as a backup solution.

It works with a USB drive using Export.

Have a good day.
