Hi @deyil ! I’m glad the manual route did the trick! Sometimes things included in the zip file can confuse the native import. These could be extra site or database backups, core files, or a specialized plugin even. The manual import method will usually work as an alternative.

The thing is that this must be a bug as the zips are compressed by me using the SQL file and wp-content folder only. In other Mac device they work in importing, while in this particular one none works. It is not that it happens in a single site but in every one that I try to import. So I am reportin…

So it only happens when you try to import the zips on this specific device, but when you test another device it works fine? What’s the other device OS/OS version? Are any of these an employer issued device? Any security features?

The other device is iMac 2023, Apple M3, MacOS 15.4.1 (24E263). It is not employer issued device. Security features only what comes with OS, so in both systems should be the same.
